The Concept


The Spires project is an 80 acre master-planned ski-in/ski-out resort community located at Schweitzer ski area. Accessed by public roads from the Schweitzer parking lot with gated access control for added security. The Spires is made up of large custom home lots with generous common areas to provide ski-in/ski-out access for the members of The Spires community.

    The Spires is located to the southeast of Schweitzer ski area and shares a common boundary with multiple access points for skiers off the South Ridge run.

    The Spires is the highest elevation subdivision at the Schweitzer ski area ensuring the highest quality of snow of any of the residential projects.

    All of the interior roads and ski trails are owned by the Spires HOA and/or SRS, LLC “The Spires developers”. All snow removal, roadwork and trail grooming is provided by SRS, LLC and its subcontractor GJ Solutions, LLC, which is based in The Spires project. This ensures prompt attention and superlative work at The Spires project.

“Above It All” – Skiing

One of the best features at The Spires is the skiing, whether you are immersing yourself in one of the many Schweitzer ski runs or taking an adventure on the Nordic trails in the back woods. The Spires also gives you an additional 50 acres and 500 vertical feet of on-site private skiing right to your doorstep.

Averaging an annual snowfall of 300 inches, Schweitzer’s 92 designated trails include two open bowls and three terrain parks.

Schweitzer’s open gate policy allows for access to out-of-bounds terrain that spans over 200 additional miles of the Selkirk Mountains, and The Spires 80 acre master-planned resort community that includes 50 acres and 500 vertical feet of on-site private skiing with ski-in/ski-out access points at multiple elevations.
